All rentals include helmets and a comprehensive orientation at check-in. Mileage is included up to 100 miles per full day and 55 miles per half day; if the unit is driven more than the allotted distance, the renter will be charged $2.25 per extra mile. If any damages arise from your rental, all of our parts come from a Can-Am dealership. This means that the part(s) may cost more than parts from other places such as eBay, Polaris.com, etc. We purchase them from the dealership to ensure the best quality and reliability of our equipment for our customer’s safety and enjoyment.

A $2,500 security deposit is required at the time of rental by major credit card hold or cash. Debit cards are not accepted.

When you purchase the insurance offered through Desert Experience, a $5,000 deductible applies to covered damage. Your $2,500 security deposit will be applied toward damage charges, and you may be responsible for up to an additional $2,500 toward the deductible. Damage costing less than the deductible is charged at the actual repair cost.

Insurance coverage is subject to the policy’s terms, conditions, and exclusions. Excluded or uninsured damage may result in additional responsibility under the rental agreement.

The all-day rental period is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Multi-day rentals must be turned in at 4:00 and can be arranged to be delivered to the renter the following day.

The half-day rental period is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, or 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Pending availability
