The guys that run the lake Havasu branch are top notch. We had an odd breakage (I exploded a rim from a rock caught in between it and the trailing arm). I called and they not only understood the issue quickly, they showed up, fixed it and left, all very quickly. The replacement part was at their cost and not some astronomical figure. We just finished a weekend ride renting UTVs from Desert Experience and I can't say enough good things about how awesome they were to deal with! I have rented UTVs from other companies in this area and they made me feel like criminals nit picking everything! Desert Experience made me feel trusted, they educated me on what I need to know before I started and when I came back the first thing they asked was did I have fun! Nate at the Havasu location was fantastic and super helpful over the phone while booking and then even more helpful in person when we picked the rentals up.
